I’m Sandra Videkic, the founder of Core Plan Studio and the person behind Komoner, where I bring together my different projects and ventures.

I handle every stage of a project myself: planning, design, development, search setup, launch and support. You work directly with the person building your project.

My work covers the full technical scope: interface design, front end and back end development, databases, user accounts, secure payments and hosting. I also build and run my own software products, which keeps my work grounded in how technology performs for real users.

The way I work started long before websites. As a child I took apart televisions, radios, mixers and vacuum cleaners just to see how they worked, and before long the neighbors were bringing me their broken equipment to repair.

One memory still makes me smile. It was the late 80s, and a big cassette player had become my latest project. Every screw, spring and gear was spread across my bedroom floor in the exact order it came out. My mom opened the door and I yelled, “Don’t come in!” One step into that room and it would have turned into a puzzle with no picture on the box.

I still work the same way. Every piece of your project is laid out, in order and accounted for, before anything is put together. Careful doesn’t mean slow, though. Because the planning is done up front, the building goes quickly, and most websites are ready in one to four weeks.
