Pricing and payment

How much does a website cost?

Current prices: Starter Website $650; Basic Website $1,200; Professional Website $2,150; Premium Website $3,600; E-commerce Website $2,550; App Starter from $4,250; Custom Web Application from $7,950; Mobile Application from $10,050. Website and online-store prices are fixed for the scope listed on each plan page; app prices are starting prices confirmed in writing after reviewing your requirements.

How much does a simple small-business website cost?

A one-page Starter Website is $650, delivered in about 1 week. The Basic Website — four pages — is $1,200, delivered in about 1–2 weeks. Both include the text written for you and your Google setup.

Do I pay a monthly fee for my online store?

No store platform fee. Your store is custom-built and runs on free hosting; Square charges only its standard card fee on each sale (about 2.9% + 30¢). The E-commerce Website is $2,550.

What do Google Ads management and SEO care cost?

Both are optional and month-to-month: Monthly SEO care $325 per month; Google Ads management $275 per month. Your Google Ads budget is paid directly to Google.

How are your prices calculated?

Each package price reflects the work it includes — design, development, testing, revisions and launch — plus tools, hosting and payment processing. Upgrades are priced the same way, so prices are consistent and you only pay for what you choose.

Are there hidden costs?

No. Your agreement lists the full price. Some services belong to you and are paid directly to the provider — such as your domain name, card processing on your sales, or app store developer accounts. Each plan page lists them with typical costs.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Projects of $1,000 or more can be paid 50% at signing and 50% before launch. Projects of $3,000 or more can be paid in four 25% payments tied to milestones. You see exact amounts and estimated dates before you sign.

How do I pay?

By credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (processed securely by Square). We never see or store your full card number.

Are later payments charged automatically?

No. When a milestone is delivered we email you a secure payment link. Nothing is charged without you completing the payment.

Do you charge sales tax?

Prices are shown before any tax that may apply. If tax applies to your project, it is shown on your invoice before you pay.

Scope and process

What counts as a revision round?

One consolidated list of changes to work that is already in scope, sent within the review period. The number of rounds is listed in each plan.

What if I want something not in my package?

Choose an upgrade in the questionnaire, or ask at any time. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in a written change order before any work starts.

How long will my project take?

Each plan shows an estimated delivery range. The estimate starts when we receive your content, and depends on timely feedback. Your agreement shows the estimate for your exact scope.

Do I need to write the text?

No — writing is included in every website. Tell us about your business with notes, a voice message or a short call, and we write the text, optimized for Google and AI search. You approve every word. For photos, send your own or we use licensed stock imagery; the Premium plan includes a licensed media allowance.

Are your design examples real client projects?

No. They are original concepts created to show the style and capabilities of each package. They are clearly labelled, and every brand in them is fictional.

Getting found on Google and AI

Will people find my website on Google?

Every website we build is set up to be found: text written around what your customers search for, fast pages, correct titles and descriptions, a sitemap, structured business data, and your site submitted to Google and Bing. We also set up your Google Business Profile, so you can appear on Google Maps. Rankings take time and nobody can honestly guarantee position one, but your site starts with everything Google looks for.

What are SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO (search engine optimization) helps you show up in Google and Bing results. AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) help AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers and Perplexity understand your business and recommend it: clear answers to common questions, structured data, and an llms.txt file. All three are included in every website.

Do you set up Google Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics?

Yes, in every website. You own the accounts; we set them up and connect them to your site. The optional Local SEO boost goes further, listing you on Apple Maps, Bing Places, Yelp and other directories.

Can you run Google Ads for me?

Yes. The Google Ads launch upgrade sets up your account, conversion tracking, keywords and first campaign. After that, optional monthly management keeps it working and keeps wasted spend down. Your ad budget is always paid directly to Google, and you own the account.

Can I earn money from ads on my website?

Yes, with the Google AdSense setup upgrade: we apply for you, add the required files and consent message, and place ads so the site stays readable. Google decides who is approved; it works best for sites that publish articles regularly.

Ownership and support

Do I own my website or app?

Yes. When your final payment is made, the custom design and code created for you are assigned to you. Third-party software and stock media stay under their own licenses.

Where will it be hosted?

We recommend Cloudflare, set up in your own account. Most websites run on Cloudflare’s free tier. If you already have hosting, tell us in the questionnaire.

What happens after launch?

Defects reported within 30 days are fixed at no charge. After that, an optional month-to-month care plan covers updates and small changes.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Work pauses until the payment arrives, and we send a reminder. If any payment after the first — including the second — is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, the agreement ends automatically: payments already made are forfeited, no further work is delivered, and unpaid work stays ours.

Can I cancel?

Yes, in writing at any time. If work on your project has not started yet, you get a full refund. After that, payments already made are kept for the work done and no further payments are due; unfinished work is not handed over. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
