Terms of service
The rules for using this website and requesting a project.
Effective date: October 9, 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Core Plan Studio website operated by Sandra Videkic, doing business as Core Plan Studio. Project work is governed by a separate, project-specific Service Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Requests, quotes and agreements
- Submitting the questionnaire is a request, not a purchase. No contract for services exists until you sign a Service Agreement.
- Prices shown on the website apply to the scope described for each package. Custom-scope projects receive a written quote.
- We may decline a project for any lawful reason.
Design examples
The design examples on this website are original concepts created by Core Plan Studio to illustrate each package. The brands in them are fictional and they are not client work. Your project is designed for your business.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square under its terms. Installment amounts and dates are stated in your agreement. We never charge later installments automatically.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the website: no attempts to break security, overload the service, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may block abusive traffic.
Website content
The content and design of this website, including the design concepts, belong to Core Plan Studio or its licensors. Photography is used under the Unsplash License. You may not copy the website or concepts for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes are handled as described in your Service Agreement, or, if you have none, in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version in effect when you sign your Service Agreement applies to your project.
