Refund and cancellation policy
The rules for cancelling a project and receiving refunds. Your signed agreement contains the binding version.
Effective date: October 9, 2026.
Before work starts
Work normally starts as soon as your first payment arrives. If you cancel before work on your project has started — for example while it is waiting for a slot in the schedule — we refund everything you paid, in full. You receive an email when work starts.
After work starts
- Payments already made are not refundable once work has started, because they pay for work performed and time reserved for your project.
- No further payments become due after you cancel.
- Unfinished work is not handed over, and ownership only transfers when the full price has been paid.
If we cancel
If we cancel without cause, or cannot complete your project, we refund amounts paid for work not delivered.
Missed payments
Work pauses while a payment is overdue. If any payment after the first — including the second payment — is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, the agreement terminates automatically (we send a reminder first). In that case payments already made are forfeited and not refunded, no further work is delivered, and no ownership of unpaid work passes to you.
Inactive projects
If a project waits on you for more than 60 days after written notice, we may close it. Payments already made are kept for the work done and time reserved, and unfinished work is not handed over. You can ask to resume the project once, subject to availability and payment of the remaining balance.
Third-party charges
Charges you pay directly to other providers (domains, hosting, app stores, platforms) are refundable only under those providers’ own policies.
How to cancel or request a refund
Contact us in writing through sandra@coreplan.studio with your project reference (for example CPS-7K2Q9M). Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the refund.
