Questionnaire
You choose a package, answer guided questions, add any upgrades and describe your idea in your own words.

Summary & agreement
You receive a project summary with the exact scope, price and payment schedule, then review and sign a written Service Agreement online.
Same day for fixed packages; up to 2 business days for custom scope

Kick-off & content
After the first payment we schedule a short kick-off call and collect your text, images, logos and account access.
Work starts as soon as your first payment arrives; content is due within 10 business days

Design
We design the key pages or screens and share them on a private link. You send one consolidated list of changes per revision round.

Build
We develop the approved design, connect forms, payments or data, and test on real phones, tablets and browsers.

Review
You review the working build on a private preview link and use your remaining revision rounds.

Launch & handover
We connect your domain, launch, and hand over every account, file and credential with written notes.

Aftercare
Defects reported within 30 days of launch are fixed at no charge. Ongoing care is optional, month to month.

Working together

Collect feedback into a single list for each revision round. It keeps changes consistent and on schedule.

Delivery estimates start when your content arrives. Late content moves the timeline, not the quality.

New ideas are welcome. Anything outside the agreed scope gets a written change order with its cost first.

Domains, hosting and services are set up in your name, so you always control them.

Each later payment is tied to a delivered milestone. You see the work before you pay for it.

We test on current iPhone, Android, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge before launch.
