Can I pay for the Premium Website in installments?
Yes: pay in full, or 50% now, 50% before launch, or four payments of 25%. Each later payment is tied to a delivered milestone, and you see exact amounts and dates before signing.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do. When the final payment is made, the custom design and code created for you are assigned to you. Third-party software, fonts and stock media remain under their own licenses.
